Hello

I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in July of 1999.  Soon after I arrived I registered at Colorado State University. I began my first year as an Interior Design student and feel in love with it.  I was able to gain such a wide variety of design experience from so many avenues.  From retail / furniture sales / paint & color specialist / lighting design / sales, CAD drafting for a local designer, Cabinetry design / sales, Marketing, Design Manager for a local Design company, to owning my own business in interior design and remodeling.  I continue to increase my skills through education by taking classes at the local CC in town.  I have currently added Revit skills to my portfolio. I will continue to expand my knowledge and skills with educational opportunities.  With all I've learned over the years, I've realized how much I love this business.  There is always something to learn and create.  I love the way a space can lend itself to so many options and be so versatile as per the clients and their needs.  Design is always ever changing, ebbing and flowing.  Sometimes the most beautiful things come out of deconstruction, disfunction to functional, blank slate to beauty.  It truly is  a joy to watch projects come to life.  There is something so exciting about a new beginning.  This is why I love design.
